The Pre-Consult Form

webformWe want to make the most efficient use of your time, even during a first consult. We do this by offering you a “pre-consult” form to give us a starting idea about your situation and needs.  Your clinician (student) will then do guided research before meeting with you.  In that form, you’ll answer whatever you can about:

  • What you want a new site to achieve.
  • What your competitors are doing.
  • What websites look good to you.
  • What special things your site should do.

We create and share a document with the results of the form.  Then, we begin to comment on it and add to it as we research, and if you have a Gmail account, you can do that with us.  This way, we know what points to hit when we brainstorm with you in person during a Discovery Meeting.

We have three pre-consult forms, one for small businesses, one for nonprofit organizations, and one for government agencies (councils and departments).  Explore them below, or learn about the Discovery Process that follows your forum submission.
